Job description

Global Vendor Management Organization (GVMO):

The GVMO optimizes software license usage, drives transformation initiatives, works to maximize credits, rebate and innovation funds, manage complex change orders, tracks SLAs and KPIs to enable performance, supports escalations, and co-ordinates stakeholders across EY. The GVMO brings a common operating model across all aspects of vendor management, comprising the

following core disciplines:

·
Contract Management

·
Performance Management

·
Commercial Management

·
Relationship Management

Underpinning the GVMO is the Enablement function that leverages consistent process, procedures and tooling to help deliver and monitor GVMO performance.  GVMO’s success is dependent upon the successful implementation and evolution of technology solutions.

This role also requires a thorough understanding of contracts and contractual language as well as the complex global, member firm and entity organisational structures that the contracts operate across.

Your key responsibilities

·
Support GVMO leadership in driving key organisational objectives delivered through the Sirion Labs and any other contract management platforms

·
Support vendor relationship managers, contract managers and product service owners through the decomposition and interpretation of complex contracts, applying consistent categorisation, prioritisation and tailored RACIs thus facilitating the on-going contract management in the toolset.

·
Engagement with Information Security, GCO and other risk management business partners to deliver enhanced risk mitigation and management.

·
Support improvement in processes, policy, systems playbook, management information and reporting.

·
Assist with the timely and frequent submission of management information, project status, savings reporting and forecasting.

Skills and attributes for success

·
Strong analytical, organisational and interpretative skills

·
Robust communication and negotiation skills

·
Strong contract and commercial management experience

·  A flexible, “can do” attitude

To qualify for the role, you must have

·
Experience with the use of a variety of digital channels to deliver initiatives to targeted buyers
