We are currently looking to recruit a:

Financial Assistant - German Speaker (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

·  Prepare, issue and follow-up on invoices
·  Proactively initiate necessary actions
·  Analyse overrun, Out of Scope vs Budget (if applicable) and analyse time charged or bills issuance.
·  Review budget and reduce deviance due to overrun
·  Follow-up on sales reports and revenues via internal tools
·  Chase out of date and unpaid invoices
·  Maintain and ensure EY’s financial systems are up to date
·  Manage the flow of the e-invoices and make sure errors are dealt in a timely manner
·  Develop and maintain the appropriate reports
·  Drive internal users to effectively and accurately use internal tools
·  Provide any necessary training on use of internal tools
·  Reporting : Ad Hoc Reports upon request
·  Ensure the back- up of the other Financial Assistants
Your profile:
 
·  Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
·  Ideally 2 years’ experience with a good understanding of figures
·  Fluent in English and German . French would be a strong advantage
·  Dynamic, proactive, detailed oriented, able to meet deadlines, willing to help / solve issues
·  Able to manage internal client relationship
·  Act as a team player
·  Demonstrate strong communication skills
·  Ability to thrive in hands-on changing environment
·  Microsoft Excel proficiency required
