Tax Sub-Service Lines

International Tax and Transaction Services helps international business in identifying tax risks in their potential Mergers and Acquisitions deals and post-acquisition demands including international tax restructuring.

Transfer Pricing Services assists clients with ensuring that their transactions between related parties are priced on comparable terms to similar transactions that would have been performed had the parties not been related.

Private Client Services serves the unique needs of private businesses and their owners who understand the range of private and business matters and can support the complex range of tax matters impacting business operations and private wealth.

Indirect Tax Services help organizations to identify risk areas and sustainable planning opportunities for indirect taxes throughout the tax life cycle. You'll advise clients on the VAT, customs and excise tax treatment of new and complex transactions and help resolve disputes and issues with the authorities.

People Advisory Services assists mobile companies and their employees with their employer and employee taxes and immigration issues in an environment where there is a growing need to travel for work

What is an EY UAE Tax Internship Program?

We are passionate about making sure the experience you have with us as an intern lasts a lifetime. To demonstrate this, we have developed an Internship Program which offers you a combination of varied on-the-job work experience as well as web based/self-study learnings. The combination of such components will support you in developing your knowledge around the services we offer while building your communication and interpersonal skills. Along the way you will be supported and coached by a team of professionals within your location.

Your key responsibilities

As a Tax Associate you will be working directly with senior colleagues.  You’ll spend your time on a diverse array of projects and clients in a highly collaborative culture. You will get to know our clients, their businesses and how they work to provide the right service.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• In your penultimate year at the university (doing any degree related to Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or any Business degree and have completed courses in Taxation)
• UAE Nationals with family book only will be considered

After we review your application, you will receive an invitation email from ‘EY Careers’ to complete the EY online assessments. Approach the tests as you would approach any new challenge. It might be tough, but you can do it!

•  Step 3: OnDemand Interview
Upon passing the assessments, you will receive an email invitation to complete a prerecorded video interview. You will be required to record yourself responding to behavioral based questions. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process.

 
•  Step 4: Attend
Once you have been shortlisted, you may be invited to attend a recruitment day or an interview. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people and ask questions about life and work at EY.
