Title
· 
Business Product Owner

Role
· 
Will have the best knowledge of the solution from a functionality/business perspective.

· 
Will have an end to end accountability for the assigned solution

· 
Will manage one agreed and steered business solutions roadmap

Responsibilities

Work with and support GTP Product Management to:

· 
Ensure that the users of the solution have a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business goals.

· 
Be responsible for creating and maintaining a solution roadmap.

· 
Lead continuous improvement of the solution in collaboration with business owners.

· 
Manage key stakeholder expectations through strong relationships.

· 
Interact with Product Managers, Technical Product owners, users, process and business functions, GTP Maintenance & Support teams, operations and Shared Services such as Architecture.

· 
Ensure business stakeholder's solution vision is understood by GTP stakeholders and vice versa

· 
the sum of the requirements from multiple team is acceptable to business stakeholders

· 
Clearly define solution acceptance criteria and UAT plan with the business ahead of time as early as possible

Experience
· 
TAX or Finance domain knowledge

· 
Experience with Enterprise Analysis.

· 
Experience with Agile/SCRUM required and experience with SAFe is preferred.

 

Job Requirements:

·  A bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, accounting, finance preferred) or equivalent work experience.
·  Master's degree preferred
·  10+ years of relevant experience
·  Management experience a plus
Supervision Responsibilities:
·  This job has no supervisory responsibility

Other Requirements:

·  Occasional overnight travel may be required
