Assistant Tax Advisor, Transfer Pricing Intensive Programme (Reading)

We support clients’ cross-border transactions, assess their international tax strategies and provide a range of services supporting clients through the transfer pricing life-cycle. As a member of this team, you’ll work on multidisciplinary projects helping clients develop integrated and far-sighted global strategies in the ever-changing regulatory environment.

 

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Tax Advisor 

·  Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
·  Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
·  Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
·  Manage risk appropriately for the firm and its clients 

Skills and experience you’ll need to join our team as an Assistant Tax Advisor  

·  Client driven, and strategically and commercially aware
·  Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral .
·  Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
·  Strong and motivated team player
·  Graduate/Graduate calibre or equivalent work experience
·  You might have existing experience has an accountant, lawyer or a tax adviser
·  You might have studied international tax (or even transfer pricing) at university

You might have a background in engineering / technology and are looking for a change in career

 

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Degree or postgraduate degree essential

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget
