Your Key responsibility :

·  Conduct Process study , gap analysis and defining technology roadmap to bridge all operational and performance gaps
·  Create a technical blue print on PSCM framework post understanding of currently implemented tools and technology
· 
Drive business requirements and solution technically by working closely with HRE team

· 
Bring business acumen to customize leading industry solutions to meet GDS needs

· 
Drive process efficiency with seamless integration by continuously enhancing technology and bring innovation

Skills and attributes for success :

Around 18-20 yrs of experience

· 
Techno Functional Subject Matter Expect with Strong workforce management Domain Knowledge with exposure on Process Re-engineering and who can Program/Project Manage End2End process

· 
Clear understanding of workforce management

· 
Experience of implementation of PSCM use cases

· 
Should have experience working with Global stakeholders

· 
should process a Domain knowledge of people supply chain

· 
An analytical mindset

Experience working on a deeply technical product

· 
Exceptional organizational skills

Should have implemented tools which use Artificial intelligence and Machine learning

Should have lead projects on Analytical tools
