Position Summary

Systems Analyst provides consultative project and technological advice, high level analysis, information & tools to help establish Treasury related projects, features and systems. The Systems Analyst is responsible for product requirements, engaging with internal teams to understand market and system needs, and ultimately delivering quality software to help the company generate revenue and/or reduce costs. The Systems Analyst will lead the product roadmap initiatives through the software development cycle, including design, testing, documentation, release and training

Role Description

Product Roadmap:
·  Understands product vision as defined by Treasury, and is able to articulate the vision to development team and internal audiences
·  Reviews epics, features, and product vision to aid in refinement of user stories and requirements into clear, workable product requirements
·  Use knowledge of Treasury processes and procedures to facilitate development of system deliverables
·  Aid team in analyzing business needs and technology choices
·  Facilitates user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy of system releases
·  Participates in Treasury and Scrum Team meetings, and supports development team's ongoing questions, concerns, and feedback
·  Facilitates training of Treasury Team on system enhancements and new releases.
Business and Technical Liason:
·  Develop, maintain and manage relationships with business stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged
·  Acts as liason between development team and subject matter experts and internal users to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems.
·  Act as subject matter expert and key stakeholder for the product

Role Competencies

·  Bachelor's degree in science or business, or equivalent combination of experience, education
·  Technology and/or Treasury experience preferred
·  3-5 years in Treasury
·  Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle process
·  Technical depth of understanding deep enough to fluently converse with developers.
·  Strong familiarity with Microsoft enterprise server, development, and/or database technologies is preferred
·  Strong technical aptitude. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
·  Demonstrated excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills A
·  Business and technical savvy
