ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Service Engineer to be based across Central London and Battersea. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. There will be an oncall / out of hours rota of 1 in every 4 weeks. On offer is a competitive salary of up to £40,000 dependent upon experience and a benefits package.

We have an exciting position within our Facilities Management and Energy Services business, offering you the chance to develop your skills and expertise with leading technology in carbon reduction and efficiency.

A part of a prestigious redevelopment project and major CHP scheme, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment. In addition to planned maintenance you will role will include fault finding and responsive repairs within residential properties as well as the management of ENGIE contractors.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  DBS/DS Standard
·  City & Guilds or equivalent in either Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC.
·  Experience of new build residential projects including Communal Heating systems, HIU's and CHP Operation and an understanding of heating and hot water systems within a commercial and domestic environment.
·  The ability to undertake first line fault finding and repairs; pipework, plumbing and basic electrical works
·  Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) to enable fault finding & monitoring
·  Good communication skills
