The Job: IT Advisor – SAP Logistics

Purpose
The position will act as a key link between the IT & Digital and the Finance/Accounting organizations. It will provide operational support, project management and strategic guidance for assigned areas. This highly motivated leader will creatively blend their technology and financial skillset in order to successfully deliver results in a fast pace environment.

Essential Job Functions
·  Actively contribute to the timeliness and support company Operations, metrics, dashboards, and reports.
·  Work collaboratively with stakeholders – including internal parties, external resources and third-party software vendors - to quickly drive resolution on issues and support tickets.
·  Support Integration with other systems.
·  Develop strong relationships with internal customers and other stakeholder that is based on trust, transparency and a value-add approach.
·  Design, build and roll out new features and enhancement.
·  Prioritize and sequence work and deliverable appropriately to meet business expectations.
·  Implement and optimize IT Initiatives, Integrations with Third party and SAAS applications.
·  Continuously improve processes.
·  Carries out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

·  For this position, you must have evidence of right to work in the U.S. There is no employer sponsorship of U.S. residency or work authorization with this role.
·  Demonstrated success leading implementations, integrations and operation in an IT SAP Logistics required.
·  Excel at mapping business processes translating the into functional specifications.
·  Mastery of SAP OTC & PTP modules required. This includes solution design and hands on SAP configuration.
·  Experience with SD, Purchasing, Inventory and Business Intelligence tools required.
·  Experience with design of contracts, Sales Orders, Milestone billing, Resource related billing, Project billing, Intercompany, Revenue Recognition and Tax Integration.
·  Implement and Manage Integrations with Inhouse and 3rd party Master Data tools.
·  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment required.
·  Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, and intellectual curiosity required.
·  Superior attention to detail and quality required.
·  Experience with SAP S/4 and Fiori preferred.
·  Experience with implementing, Integration of SAAS like Coupa preferred.
·  Preferably experience with CLM, Invoice scanning/Archiving, DOA, Inventory Valuation, Account assignment in PTP area.

·  Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
·  Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
·  Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
·  Could involve some lifting.
·  Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Education/Experience

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Engineering or its equivalent.
·  10 years minimum or relevant experience
