Job description
Information Security Assistant Manager is responsible for the follow-up of policies, guidelines, strategies & procedures for the management of electronic information security within the BUG information security and instrumentation and control community. He will also assist the Information security manager in the operational handling of information security incident and be an effective coordinator within a Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) and with Local Computer Incident Response Team.
Your mission
· you assist and coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors to drive the security initiatives
· evaluation of solutions and prepared quality implementation guidelines
· technical, Compliance Audits, security audits based on ISO27001, and internal whitebooks
· facing different Client Audits, external certifications audits and ensure a smooth execution of the same
· handling of different security incidents, reporting to the stake holders and doing proper investigation and responding to it
· review of infrastructure logs (Firewall, IDS, syslog etc)
· preparation of different dash board reports, Site reports, critical incident reports and log reports
· you coordinate operations with industrial firewall teams and instrumentation and control teams and ENGIE IT
· you follow-up and coordinate IT and OT projects in the field to ensure compliance with security rules and objectives
Your profile
· you possess a Bachelor's/College degree in a related field/or equivalent by experience
· at least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· preferred skill(s) should be able to acquire within the first three years: CISSP, CISA, CSSA
· you have good knowledge of IT Security, IT Controls, IT Audit, and IT Infrastructure
· you have good knowledge of Data Security and it's best practices
· you have a good understanding of SCADA or real time industrial applications or you can demonstrate an ability to understand this effectively
· you have experience in handling operational tasks
· you have managed different security products like IDS, IPS, Firewall, Syslog
· you have strong oral and written communication skills
· pragmatism
· curiosity and the ability to “think outside the box”
· you have strong analytical skills
· you have the ability to work autonomously
