MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WORKS SUPERVISOR / WORKS DIRECTOR:Study your file/contract, prepare your operation, define the methods.Schedule the tasks of the Works and Studies Coordinators.Plan ahead for, coordinate, and keep track of the activities of sub-contractor teams in their work place. Ensure the client’s satisfaction (with respect to quality, lead times, adherence to scheduled work duration and deadlines).Coordinate the buyer modifications.Ensure optimized use of resources to meet your objectives in terms of cost, lead times and quality, and environmental and safety rules.Manage the welcoming of the Works and Studies Coordinator’s production personnel.Schedule the tasks of the sub-contractor teams from day to day.Manage inter-company and supplier relations in relation to the building site. Perform and have performed regular checks on the construction in terms of quality and conformity (this may involve establishing check sheets and non-conformity sheets).Monitor the proper execution of finishing work, the resolution of deviations and the total completion liability guarantee (using tablets), and obtain the deviation resolution certificate and the defects liability guarantee.JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATIONCAP (Certificate of vocational aptitude) - Occupational diploma  FIELDS OF STUDYCivil engineering – Building and public works REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 years in buildingJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALBuilding site management - Company internal services - Production personnel - Personnel representatives EXTERNALSub-contractors – Suppliers – Programme Managers – Design Consultants – Concession holders – Tenants - Landlords

Licence Professionnelle - Gestion des Risques en Entreprise

Première expérience souhaitée dans le domaine d’activité

Savoir animer une réunion

Gérer son temps et ses priorités

Etre autonome

Connaitre les procédures et prescriptions liées aux études de danger

Habilitation nucléaire requises (RP, CSQ, SCN)

La maitrise de l'anglais serait un plus
