In Poland we are located in Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź.

Application Services Global Delivery Poland  located in Warsaw offers software development and maintenance services to DXC Technology customers all over the world. Poland Center focuses on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, Web Solutions, SAP R/3 and SAP BW implementation, Application Management, Quality Assurance & Testing, Business and Systems Analysis. Most of GDAS Poland Center employees hold multiple certifications from Oracle, Sun, Microsoft, SAP, OBI, ISEB, ISTQB, ITIL, CMMI, PMP and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities of the role:

·  Participation in reactive and proactive problem management (problem analysis, solution implementation)
·  Assessment, planning and implementation of changes related to the managed infrastructure
·  Preparation of procedures and processes
·  Solving incidents reported by users or monitoring systems
·  Performing scheduled administrative tasks

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·  Education about computer science or adequate knowledge
·  Minimum 3 years experience in positions of Systems Administrator Wintel or related
·  Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (2008/2012/2016) for servers and workstations
·  Experience in diagnosing problems with operating systems (Software, Hardware)
·  Practical knowledge of Active Directory and other directory services, knowledge of protocols in the field of candidate profile: DNS, DHCP
·  Ability to create technical documentation, both in terms of infrastructure and processes
·  Easy to communicate and collaborate in a group, the ability to share knowledge
·  Flexibility allows you to work in shifts and in standby mode for 24/7 operation
·  Practical knowledge of backup systems
·  Good knowledge of English

 We appreciate:

·  Experience with scripting languages to enable effective management of a distributed environment (VBS, powershell)
·  Knowledge at least one of virtualization systems (Hyper-V / VMWare / Xen)
·  Knowledge MS SQL or MS Exchange
·  Certificates Microsoft and others in the field of the candidate's profile
·  Experience in working in a large team of support
·  Knowledge McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator
