Some high-level skills/activates required below:

·  Responsible for managing the onsite engineering applications support of Windchill PLM application suite – also supporting PDM Teamcenter, PLM and IBM ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
·  Public domain registration (DNS) and SSL certificate management.
·  Network / application interface testing / troubleshooting using a variety of file transfer protocols.
·  Daily Checks of Bespoke Services/Applications
·  Daily Checks of Servers.
·  Creating and reviewing technical documents for support team.
·  Managing tickets via IM Service Manager
·  Identify innovation opportunities and presenting initiatives to the customer and third parties.
·  Realize opportunities for better working practices through automation – proactively identifying and presenting new ideologies.
·  Basic SQL scripting.
·  MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
·  ITIL-Foundation.
