Role Summary:

The Regional Account Security Manager (ASO) is the primary point of contact for the delivery of Cyber Assurance services to the customer. The ASO is responsible for assuring that the compliance of services and obligations is met for any in-scope delivery for the account. This includes overseeing other service centers as they deliver to the customer, as well as management oversight of all Cyber Security Managed services delivered to the account. The ASO represents DXC to the account on all matters of IT security and compliance and engages other Cyber resources, as necessary, to fulfill this obligation.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Provide leadership and oversight to the Regional Security Assurance team.
·  Develop a deep relationship with the customers based on trust, delivery and execution, in order to drive service excellence.
·  Develop a thorough understanding of customers’ businesses and IT security risk and compliance.
·  Strive to become a ‘go-to security expert’ to the client, either by providing expert technical advice themselves, or by bringing in subject matter experts, where appropriate, from within DXC and from outside of DXC.
·  Have a thorough understanding of all service aspects of their account.
·  Work with the DXC Security Delivery Exec on security delivery and security operations and compliance matters.
·  Coordinate requirements and resources for security and compliance-related projects and initiatives.
·  Manage “reach-back” support to the DXC Cybersecurity organization and other DXC product lines (PLs) for subject matter expert (SME) support and technical assistance.

Key Activities:

·  Provide oversight and leadership to all key security activities to include, but not limited to: Governance – Policies, Procedures, Standards & Guidelines; Internal Infrastructure Physical & Logical Technical Models ; External (3rd Party/Client) Connection Review & Documentation; Vulnerability Assessments (Scans/Metrics/Remediation); Security Risk Assessment Review & Approval to include external connections and change reviews; leveraged security & compliance services; P1/P2 security incidents.
·  Conduct Security Assessment Reviews (Policy, Proxy, Active Directory & Vulnerability Assessment).
·  Provide review & approval for Change Management for security activities and firewall requests.
·  Conduct periodic audits of internal security areas (ie local accounts).
·  Provide oversight and management of security incidents (Identification, Containment, Remediation, Client Liaison).
·  Conduct regular weekly & one-on-one meetings with regional Security Assurance team.
·  Provide weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reporting to Security Delivery Exec and Client.
·  Participate in Regional & Global Client initiatives as needed.

Desirable:

·  Bachelors or Masters degree with minimum 5 years professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years experience in an Information Security Risk Management or equivalent discipline.
·  Policy development and enforcement experience a plus.
·  CISSP, CISM, CISA Certification desired.
