DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Technical/Product Knowledge
· ERP Platforms - Microsoft preferred
Proven Experience
· Experience in an IT/Professional Services environment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Utilizing DXC Eclipse PM tools and templates within compliance
· Adherence to DXC Eclipse processes outlined in the Project Coordinator Handbook
· Managing the project document library using SharePoint
· Monitoring project status and preparing project status reports for Project Manager approval
· Monitoring and reporting project financials on a weekly basis
· Assisting with completion of Percentage Complete reporting requirements
· Adhering to all company procedures including DXC Eclipse’s ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures and all other procedures appropriate for this position
· Assistance with DXC Eclipse Project Management processes when utilization is 90% or less
