The role will be responsible for designing, facilitating, the training through use of innovative teaching techniques & tools. This role also requires the candidate to have a flair for creativity in content development, web interfaces/sites and instructional designing principles. The candidate should have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Should have passion for training and ability to network in a complex organization structure.
