Must have: PLSQL on Unix, Oracle DBMS Nice to have: Jboss, MyReport , Service Manager , HPOM Excellent communication in both oral and writing .

Tasks:

1.       Oncall Responsibility for all RCU CCSS Components

2.       Triage Issues and route and follow through with the appropriate organizations (ITO, System DBA, Business Support, Account)

3.       Break Fix Support for HP Developed Components

4.       Execute DR drills as required

5.       Support OU onboarding and all test cycles

6.       Make certain Operations Manuals (Runbook and Playbook) stay current

7.       Execute Service Management activities as required

8.       Update and regression test run schedules as needed

9.       Interface with Technical Help Desk and other organizations as needed to resolve Service Management issues

10.   Support Escrow Software Verification

11.   Maintain user groups/roles in RCU CCSS applications

12.   Maintain configuration of HP delivery components, RCU and HP 3rd Party

a.       AutoSys, HPOM, File Manager, My Reports, PowerCARD (only simple config changes, BAs handle complex with financial impact), ISBR.

b.      Execute release and test management

c.       Support HP and Shell Maintenance change activities
