Summary
Leverages knowledge of re-engineering processes to work in conjunction with executive clients on re-engineering interventions necessary to support business goals. Assesses existing organization dimensions, support systems, and other processes to architect change processes to meet business goals.
Essential Job Functions
· Devises strategies to facilitate transition from current state of business operations to desired future states to meet changing business environment and/or client needs.
· Develops, defines, and designs strategic direction working with business development, product development and product management teams.
· Architects re-engineering plans to facilitate management of processes related to change enablement, organization development, competency analysis, leadership development, cultural transformation and performance management.
· Architects the translation of business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
· Acts as re-engineering consultant to other transformation teams in methods, techniques, and tools to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
· Works in conjunction with business strategies program leaders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to business objectives.
· Assesses the degree of risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired future state.
· Serves as the lead expert in re-engineering concepts, issues, methods and techniques to ensure understanding and compliance; guides client executive management on the action required to make change happen.
· Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
· Fifteen or more years of organizational change consulting experience
· Experience working with business process architecture and the technology industry
· Experience working with Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management
· Experience working with re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques
