Summary
Strong experience of installing, upgrading and configuring Oracle Analytics/OBIEE etc. (preferably experience with PaaS platform installation/administration on Fusion platform)
· Oracle BI Applications (OBIA) implementation experience preferred (PaaS platforms, Weblogic Server, BI server, ODI etc.)
· Proven experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications and Administration
· Administer ETL and data warehousing applications and tools
· Understand the standard of best practices in BI administration environment
· Good problem solver and prompt decision maker
· Can work in teams as well as independently
· Handle multiple projects administration responsibilities
· Ability to handle stress and problems in work and the work environment
Skills:
· Strong experience in installing Oracle Analytics(OBIA/OACS/OTBI-E - inclusive of all the underlying components such as ODI, BI Admin Tool (for RPD), OBIEE etc.)
· Experience in configuring OBIEE / OBIA security (Authentication and Authorization – Object level and Data level security)
· Experience in configuring PaaS platforms (preferably Oracle products)
· Experience in compliance configuration/setup is a plus
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion is a plus :
· Performs Fusion extracts/configuration & loads of OBIA/debug
· Perform OBIA environment related activities
· Automate end-to-end BI implementation from migration/extraction to loads - automate ODI migration, RPD migration, Web Catalog migration, Fusion extracts/loads
· Work closely with the team lead and able to handle adhoc requests successfully
· Requirement gathering, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process designs
· Able to plan / track tasks / activities / co-ordinate and report on periodical basis
· Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and inter-team interaction on need basis
· Good in problem approaching with innovative thinking and able to approach / address the problems with process / people
· Agile Project experience would be preferred
· Prepare daily status reports and present it to the lead
· Assess production faults and critical issues followed by identification of the root cause
· Provide remedial measures to the production issues or process failure
· Train the administration team on new OBIEE and ETL tools
