Junior Network Administrator

·  Job Description:

·  A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing effective IT support in an operational environment with 40 or more operational staff users
·  A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Network Administrator role with hands on experience in deploying and maintaining networks
·  Experience with firewalls, remote VPN implementation troubleshooting and problem resolution
·  Experience with Microsoft Active Directory environment
·  Ability to set up and configure TCP/IP based distributed networking using VPN and MPLS cloud technologies
·  Provide end-user training and support with VPN shared network resources access
·  Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions.
·  Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including MS Project and SharePoint
·  Experience maintaining web-based service access
