· Job Description:
This is a dual role, split between providing financial support to Business Finance Team and providing administrative type of support to the Wroclaw center. The role provides very good visibility and networking opportunities and is a perfect starting position for the next position within the center.
Business Finance Support
· Reporting preparation, analysis and communication to a wider team
· Various projects support
· Updating central models that will be used by the whole team
· Working with a senior project lead, who defines daily and long-term priorities
Administrative Support
· Training coordination
· Maintenance of a local website
· Local initiatives management
· Parking coordination
· Facilities and other admin topics
· Working closely with the Site Lead
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
· Basic analytical skills.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
· Basic communication and influencing skills.
· Very good English language skills
· Proactiveness and willingness to explore new topics
· Positive and “can do” attitude.
