Experience with Financial Services and Customer Service skills, along with a general understanding of related technologies. Responsible for answering inbound phone calls and emails from Cardholders, Program Administrators, and Client Personnel on Commercial Credit Cards and Debit Cards, in order to resolve inquires and disputes.  Work with the web-based tools of MasterCard and Visa to effectively monitor possible fraudulent use of Commercial Credit Cards.

This role will leverage problem identification and conflict management skills to resolve client and customer concerns.  Maintain customer satisfaction and retain customer loyalty.  Monitor through Microsoft Dynamics Case Tracking System the investigation and resolution of customer inquiries and disputes.
