What would I be involved with? 
You will be based in our Cobault offices in Newcastle with new business from DEFRA and RollsRoyce having resulted in significant growth within the Darwin Hub for early 2019.  Working on the largest migration of users on one of the largest networks in Europe supporting migrated users.  You will be supporting the New Style of IT Network over a range of Domains built on a cloud-based IT Platform and utilising Microsoft Office 365 services. Working to assist end users with issues relating to Desktop, Software installation and implementation, Printer Configuration, Server, Network, Active Directory, AppSense and SCCM.   This is a fast-paced environment, meeting strict SLA’s whilst training and assisting a diverse team of IT professionals to help troubleshoot and implement innovative solutions to IT problems.  You’ll find yourself immersed in a variety of technology such as: • Desktop/thin client hardware and software issues. • Laptop hardware and software issues. • WiFi, 3G, laptop, tablet configuration support. • Peripherals such as scanning devices and removable mass storage units. • Using Active Directory to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents. • Using various Citrix tooling related to user sessions. • Solving software delivery issues encountered by customer. This involves using HPCA/SCCM console to resolve SMS/HPCA faults/redeliver software. • Bespoke software configuration, knowledge and implementation. • DHCP, DNS desktop support administration.
