Provide expertise for Data Center Site Support (e.g. cabling, racking, stacking, media, etc.), IT infrastructure troubleshooting (e.g. servers, networking), and related services (e.g. Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards. Engaged in and provides support for transition/transformation efforts. Provide service delivery compliance to quality standards, and customers and/or internal businesses/end user requirements. Provides IT infrastructure lifecycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation, on-going management/monitoring/troubleshooting, and de-installation, following operational policies and processes that are compliant with industry standards (e.g. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)). Works with internal technical representatives (ITO Support teams, Project Manager and the Account Delivery Manager) to maintain services according SLAs. Data Center Site Support Service work is performed remotely from the company facility under 7x24 coverage.

Requirements:

·  2+ years‘ experience in IT site support, operations, data center facilities and process control.
·  Able to keep track of metrics, timeframes and contract compliance.
·  Experience in data center support  process, procedures and tools.
·  Conversational English- intermediate Level
·  Bachelor's degree in IT/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
·  Self-learning skills and capacity to prepare reports/presentations.
·  Experience supporting data centers as part of vendor or direct staff of the data center.
·  Data centers training and/or certifications, preferably certifications in cabling, operations, media management, etc.

Responsibilities:

·  Apply technical background and knowledge to support mission critical infrastructure.
·  Integrate technical cabling knowledge and IT understanding to support critical infrastructure.
·  Mentor/consult with team members, other organizations, customers, and vendors on the most complex issues.
·  Incident Management: Resolve technical and business incidents independently.
·  Change Management: Identify, manage, and implement changes.
