Danone Specialized Nutrition India and South East Asia is seeking for Regional Governance & Communication Manager. 1. Stakeholder Management
• Manage, advise and support local teams and management in identifying, assessing, managing, mitigating, and monitoring risks, vulnerability and compliance topics.

 

2. Compliance Management
• Drive and measure compliance of IT & cyber security metrics such as but not limited to:
a) Risk exception and mitigation.
b) Vulnerability and pentest findings remediation.
c) IT & Cyber risk gaps return-to-green action plans.
• Support compliance assessments and work with local teams to implement security controls.

 

3. Other Opportunities
• Coordinate monthly risk reporting. 
• Organize quarterly regional townhall. 
• Manage Zone timesheet.

About you

• A recognized degree or Master or professional qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Risk management or related discipline. 
• 2-3 years in risk / compliance / vulnerability management / internal controls / internal audit.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Ability to operate comfortably within a complex cultural, global environment.
• Proactive team player and able to work independently.
• Communicate clearly with cross-culture stakeholders with English being the main choice of language.
