Junior Business Systems Analyst - Purchasing

We are looking for a passionate Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our ISIT Team in Benelux. This role reports to the Business Systems Manager Purchasing and will work with functional teams across the organization.

About the Job

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business users and the central IT support team. You will be the first level contact for the users of our Global Procurement organization in the Purchasing area and in addition for all CBUs in Belgium and the Netherlands forthe Goods and Services part of the business. You will resolve issues yourself and seek 2nd level support when needed.

In addition to this, you will contribute to the success of the systems and application implementations and enhancements by translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting business testing.

The main stakeholders and key users we support are our Global Procurement for C & P applications and within Belgium and the Netherlands for the Goods and Services part of the business. You will work in collaboration with our teams located in Paris, Slovakia and the Philippines.

Your key responsibilities are:

·  Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in the procurement domain to meet business needs;
·  Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs;
·  Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications in the procurement domain;
·  Identify opportunities for an applications’ evolution;
·  Participate in projects
·  Assist in managing internal stakeholder

About You

You will be fit for this role if you have 1+ years of experience in a similar position; familiar with the Purchasing domain and have strong analytical skills. You are a great team player, a strong communicator who can interact with people with different cultures and you are eager to learn something new every day. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
