Fixed Overhead Controller

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Contribute to the achievement of a Zero Accident during working hours through active participation in and support of the company's health & safety (WISE) program.
·  Local Code and Danone Policies:
Respect specific rules with Cambodia Milk Code for the marketing of products for infant and young child feeding which covers the requirements for WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitute.
·  Commit to follow the guidance of the Danone Policy for the Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes and Other Foods Intended for Infant and Young Children from time to time.
·  Assure adherence to all code of conduct, integrity, HCS Policy and other act/guidelines issued by the company from time to time.
·  Responsible for building the fixed cost budget by working closely with respective functions to ensure amount planed at optimum level in line with biz scale with clear assumption.
·  Develop and rollout user friendly tools that provide functional leader with visibility of YTD spending activities and ability to forecast YTG with clarify and ease.
·  Responsible for monthly actual fixed cost update for all functions, understand variances, and work closely with budget owners to minimize the risk of under/over spending.
·  Ensure all the fixed cost spending both actual and outstanding amount are posted into Themis till GR stage for the closing and access statistical order need to categorize the expense for reporting and analysis purpose.
·  Provide audit/quality control to CBS teams to ensures accurate expenses classification in Themis to minimize invalid postings and unexpected spending variation from historical or forecasted result.
·  Develop definitive understanding of all functional cost centers, internal order including key activities and spending pattern.
·  Think and act strategically to drive cost saving anticipating the protein target on fixed cost.
·  Develop and rollout user friendly tools that provide functional leader with visibility of YTD spending activities and ability to forecast YTG with clarify and ease.
·  Maintain positive and proactive interaction with functional management to ensure ongoing effective working relationships for exchange of quality financial information.

Qualifications

·  University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business
·  ACCA Candidate is a plus
·  Working experience with Opex Controlling and Analysis
·  Related experience with analysis and calculation
·  Financial planning
·  Budgeting Controlling
