About the Job :

We have an amazing opportunity in our brand-new White Plains, NY office for a Financial Analyst supporting Evian!

• Responsible for various monthly close activities to ensure that books are closed in a timely & accurate manner (Co-ordinating extensively with Accounting & Region team)
• Report results in the systems (Essbase & Magnitude)
• Analyze variances vs. plan and explain the key business drivers
• Coordinate the preparation of month end reporting decks that will presented by the GM & VP Finance to the regional leadership team
• Drive standardization and simplification throughout the reporting needs of the Division
• Submission of rolling forecasts in the system (Magnitude & Essbase) on time and in full
• Preparation of all required local / regional reports with analysis and explanations of RF
• Working with cross functional departments to collect and analyze inputs to the cash flow forecast
• Maintaining FCF models and preparing monthly forecasts for portions of the P&L as well as the entirety of the balance sheet and FCF statement
• Providing monthly commentary and variance analysis on actuals and forecast trends
• Coordinating the semester cash landings
• Participating in cross functional initiatives to improve the company's FCF; raising awareness of FCF concepts and educating departments on the importance of cash flow
• Assisting in other FCF reporting, presentations and analytical initiatives as necessary

About You :

• You have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance
• You have a least 3+ years of progressive experience in a related field
• You have a good understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements
• You can work under tight deadlines and pressure
• You have SAP experience
• You have strong skills in Microsoft Office Tools
• You have Hyperion / Essbase experience
• You have prior work experience within CPG industry
• You can work independently
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to think ahead to make proposals and recommendations to deliver solutions
• You have success in problem solving and critical thinking
• You have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
• You have proven ability to execute results quickly & effectively
• You can demonstrate the Danone culture, behaviors, and attitudes
