Your job:

• Define recruiting strategies and build a talent pipeline, proactively identify and search for the best candidates.
• Source candidate, do interviews as part of the recruitment process, organize interviews with your managers and discuss the offers with your candidates
• Generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Altran ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter suite, social media, databases and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy.
• Manage the school relations, organize the work of the “Campus Team”, overview the events, Manage your budget
• Manage the reporting for the whole recruitment team

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection
• English mandatory, French and/or Dutch is a plus
• Willing to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Being results oriented
• Having knowledge about Employer Branding or social media is definitely an asset.
• A ‘sixth sense’ for good consulting skills is a plus since that will enable you to quickly grasp what a particular team is looking for.
