REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2361€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en

Poste et missions:
As a member of R&D Team, his/her strong technical expertise in automation process engineering will allow him/her to take actively part in new product/process developments.
This position reports to R&D Project Manager
• Define the process for new products: flow chart, line capacity and balancing,
• Member of project team he/she challenge the designer in order to optimize the project metrics: COGS-CAPEX-lead time. Contributor for Design and Process FMEA,
• Write the equipment specifications according to R&D project team requirements,
• He / she is responsible for the equipment validation and global process setting (R&R, capability, scraps reduction),
• Define the process documentation: Control plan, BOM, equipment and process approval,
• Train the operation’s contributors: Production, Maintenance, IE,
• Interface and coordinate with other R&D site and Operations.
• Provide innovations, standardization and technical ameliorations of the processes in collaboration with other site
Profil:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanics or Electronics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering development
• Good knowledge of mass production industry
• Good knowledge of English. (written and spoken), international experience is a plus

• Technical competencies in engineering, PFMEA, process optimization,
• Good knowledge of analyze tools (CPK, R&R, etc), Design of Experiments (DOE), Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Technical competencies in equipment design and tuning is an asset
• Designing with 3D software (like Solidworks, Creo,…) is a plus
• Background in PLC software or robot is a plus
• Familiar with standards used in automotive industry
• International mind-set and intercultural experience
• Able to work in a team and follow on time project milestones

Conditions d’éligibilité pour cette destination :
Vous devez pouvoir justifier de deux années d’expérience post dernier diplôme, équivalent à un Bac+4 chinois, stages et alternance non comptabilisés.
