fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions:

The incumbent will be responsible for controlling G&A cost (overheads Inc. Finance, HR, legal, offices, IT, communication, marketing ...)
• Prepare & animate budget & forecast process on Overheads Groupwide
• Animate & analyze monthly variance with all subsidiaries
• Participate to Overheads optimization program
• Support Heads of Departments in cost monitoring & investment optimization
• Develop & promote benchmarks across the Group
• Ensure proper implementation of Group Standards groupwide
• Contribute to tools & process digitalization & improvement

Profil:

• University degree in Finance or related fields
• At least 3-4years of work experience
• Fluent in French and English, German to be a plus
• Good organizational skills and high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
