REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2232€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

The V.I.E will give support to the Plant Manager on the continuous improvement process, evaluating main KPI´s, auditing production routines. He/She will apply Nexans methodologies and Lean principles on the plant floor. He/She will participate to the production plant turnaround.

Your missions :

- Analyze the main KPI´s ( Idleness, Productivity, Scrap ) on a weekly basis and identify areas of opportunities to improve manufacturing variances.
- Perform audits on the plant floor to assure that actions taken are sustainable and routines implemented are working.
- Participate on continuous improvement ( One Boost program ) and support teams to reach the targets by discipline in execution focus.
- Work with Maintenance team on autonomous maintenance implementation.

Your profile :

- Good Statistics knowledge and Excel skills
- Familiar with problem solving methodology ( 5 Why´s; fishbone diagram )
- Good understanding of lean principles ( Theory of constrains, bottleneck management. Pull system, flow management, Kanban)
- Familiar with some maintenance concepts ( TPM, Autonomous maintenance, FMEA , preventive and predictive maintenance)
- Previous experience on production
- Portuguese or Spanish language would be a differential, English mandatory.
