Your Mission

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group, North America Division is looking for you as a Junior HR Talent Development m/f for our site of Southfield, Michigan, USA.

Mission will last 12 months.

We are looking for someone with great organization and communication skills.

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be :

Support on training plan coordination, needs identification and KPIs
Support on performance assessment and people review preparation and execution
Support the HR Manager development team in all HR projects

Who are you?

Master’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
International mindset, previous overseas experience is a plus
Previous exposure to Talent development
Ability to build a strong external network of recruitment experts
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once
