We are looking for IT Support Engineer to join its highly skilled team in Tokyo.

As our Client Support Engineeer, you will be primarily responsible for the front line technical support of or product solutions and software application. In addition to managing product support tickets, phone calls, and emails, you will also assist clients with product how-to questions and technical issues.

You will come to strengthen a dynamic and highly technical team, in your role you will:

• Identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve technical issues.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Manage support tickets, calls and emails.

• Follow-up issues, and define the appropriate action plans.

• Communicate client input to internal product development.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are met.

• Identify potential system and client relationship enhancements.

Position Requirements:

·Fluent in English.

·Communication skills and positive mind in order to efficiently communicate with clients.

·General knowledge in networking and Linux system.

·Experience with the FIX protocol and/or knowledge of the Java language (including Spring and Hibernate frameworks) is a plus.

·Experience in electronic trading related projects is welcomed.

·Able to define priorities and be self-organized
