Poste et missions:

We are looking to hire an Institutional Sales Associate for our London office.

The Institutional Sales Associate role is fundamental to the success of our business. The role puts you on the front line of the sales process. You will need to understand a potential investor’s current investment position, and to present the BrickVest offerings against this. You will also need to contact existing clients that have registered on our platform and convert them into active users.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3- 5+ years’ experience in in Institutional and/or Wealth Management Sales, Corporate Finance selling products/solutions to institutional investors, with a specific preference for candidates that are fluent in French (essential) and ideally German.
The role is focused on selling real estate investment opportunities across Europe to institutional investors.
This opportunity may suit a high performing sales executive who is looking to take the next step in their career who is not phased with creating the outbound sales & distribution model for new real estate services and investment products offered by?BrickVest to its client base.
As with any role in a small growing company, the positions will be far broader and more dynamic than in a large sales team.
You will be working directly with senior players in the real estate and investment industry, leading to great opportunities for personal and career growth. There is flexibility on level of hire for exceptional candidates.?

Profil:
• You will hold a Masters in in Banking, Finance or Economics from a reputable institution or program
• 4 years’ experience in similar sales position within investment banking, corporate finance, investment management or consulting
• A bachelor’s degree from a good university is essential and an MSc or MBA from reputable program or institution
• Previous experience in real estate, financial services or a regulated environment is essential
• Previous experience in sales or investor relations position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work with employees of all levels and stakeholders
• An interest in working and growing professionally within an exciting, fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
• Be excited about building a new, industry defining service
• Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-growing start-up
• English fluency required; another European language proficiency advantageous
