REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2216€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

VIE will be beased in the RDPR (R&D Protectors) department which main responsibility is to design protectors for all new connections and also qualifies the protectors produced by other suppliers. Additionally this department gives support to RD Process on improving the cycle times, implement new tools, new practices or improves industrialization process on new products, etc,.

Poste et missions:
The VIE will identify, conceptualize and develop new ideas for threading protections coming from needs, know how and experiences from end users, research of new technologies, raw material, etc to increase and add value to the current thread protection. The VIE will have interaction with VALLOUREC plants where protectors are installed and field services, where protector´s cycle life protector´s ends. VIE interaction is also close to protectors plant in located on same Veracruz facilities.

MAIN MISSION:
1. Lead, prioritize and prototype new protectors ideas and concepts.
2. To build action plan for industrialization of new concepts.
3. To support the Protector’s plant on:
New technologies
New methodologies
New materials
4. Lead a new protectors community around VALLOUREC Plant

Profil:
Master’s degree,
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, plastics, Industrial or Metallurgical engineering
EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 years in metal-mechanical industry, polymers or significant experience as trainee in RD responsibilities.

LANGUAGE: Spanish - English

PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Experience in transition from R&D to production
Experience in Project Engineering
Methods of manufacturing process control and quality control
Autonomous, proactive, good analyse sense and good relationship are essential to succeed this mission
2D/3D CAD skills (AutoCAD or equivalent) would be appreciated
