Poste et missions:
The Business and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for understanding all distribution KPI, con-ducting research and analysing data in order to guarantee that all data is consistent throughout the Segments and Regions. He / she will also suggest methods for improving distribution practices and processes. Will suggest and support the development of relevant tools for Central Reporting Team.

This position contains the responsibility to:

1. Analyze Information: The Business and Reporting analyst will have an active role in data analysis and interpretation. This will include, transport, warehouse dealer and financial data and forecasts. He / she will frequently need to exercise sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders. He /she will fol-low, understand and analyze main KPI’s coming from the different Markets in order to challenge them and maximize business opportunities.
2. Prepare Reports: The Business and Reporting analyst will have to prepare business documents and presentations for upper management and executives. He / she will gather data from all distri-bution leaders and guarantee consistency and accuracy among various available reports. The business reports will include data on sales, depots dealers, and financial performance.
3. Design Data Management and Reporting Tools: The Business and Reporting analyst will also have to play a direct role in supporting the AMS Reporting, Processes and Methods department in designing and developing reporting tools that will have to be deployed across the organization. In particular she / he will support development of databases and systems for inputting, managing, and securing the organization’s KPIs.
4. Collaborate with Business Teams and Leadership: The Business and Reporting analyst will work across business lines, conferring with managers to gather requirements and specifications while understanding business needs and peculiarities in order to support data reporting tools en-hancement and creation.
5. Data Harmonization: The Business and Reporting analyst will work towards a total and com-plete harmonization of the reporting data, tools and Best Practices across all Regions and Seg-ments.
6. Conduct System and Database Audits: To ensure a high level of security, accuracy, and effi-ciency, the Business and Reporting analyst will conduct routine audits of data storage systems and databases, conducting tests and analyzing the results before devising new solutions.
7. Support Business Teams: The Business and Reporting analyst will have to support global busi-ness to explain and clarify tools’ results and help them to use the new tools on a daily basis. He / she will also share knowledge and best practices for data extraction and reporting.

Profil:

Education
• Education level: Bachelor's degree;
• Education field: Computer science, economics, finance, or accounting
• Languages: Fluent English mandatory
• Key skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, training and troubleshooting skills; ability to evaluate and manage interfunctional and interdepartmental business needs.

Experience
• Expert in Excel & Access
• Analytic Mind
• Good knowledge of the various Warehouse Database systems (PDW, Cognos)
• Knowledge of the operation systems SAP, CSPS, WOS, GPS, WPS
• Good knowledge of CNH Parts & Service organization, processes, policies
