Job description

Job Mission:

In line with the F&B vision and mission, the P66 Boutique Manager leads an energetic and passionate team of people who are dedicated to creating experiences with our clients. 

·  The P66 BM will be responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and leadership in the market by liaising with POS and cross function and cross division functions.
·  The role will bring strong business acumen to pilot new experiences, new services, bring valuable feedback and insight to drive continuous optimization to contribute to FBP Success.

Key Responsibilit ies / What you can bring to the team:

Uphold the image of the brand (VM Merchandising + BTQ Maintenance +Grooming)

·  Be a CHANEL ambassador, the Boutique Manager embodies the values of the brand and influence the team.
·  Lead the team to maintain high standard of boutique image, ensure that indoor and outdoor visuals and displays consist with VM guidelines and are in accordance with the Chanel image.
·  Ensure the boutique environment is always in optimum condition from cleanliness to maintenance of furniture, fixtures and all related testers, SPM.
·  Sets a good example of team grooming, check and ensure team staffs uniform and makeup follow CHANEL standards.

Team management & development

·  Guides the whole team towards achieving results and identify growth opportunities.
·  Conduct regular performance reviews with the team, with frequent interactions to identify individual strengths and/or weaknesses and develop action plans to build individual strengths and/or address individual needs.
·  Partner Learning team to identify the needs in product knowledge, sales and service techniques to bring consistent experience to clients.
·  Drive People Development in line with FBP Career Path.

P66 Immersive Experience

·  Set high standards in all aspects of client experience covering key elements of Art of Relation and drive the team to provide excellent services that can surpass client expectations.
·  Proactively plan and organize the P66 thematic animation, creating unique CHANEL FBP boutique animation experience, and feedback valuable insights on clients experience
·  Manage on-site clients objections and complaints

Operations Management

·  Manage Petty Cash including authorization, balance and sign off – ensuring accuracy at all times and investigate/action discrepancies as and when required.
·  Be aware of security risks and thefts and acknowledgeable of how to prevent or manage such situations.
·  Understand operation of security system and opening and closing process for boutique.
·  Banking is to be done everyday according to company policy.

Cooperation and partnerships internally and externally

·  Closely work with different departments in the office (IT, Finance, ODHR, Marketing, Retail marketing, CRM, SDVM, DC) to be a bridge better link between field and office
·  Liaison with P66 Loyalty program and Fashion/WFJ team for one house elite client engagement and grow our elite base.
·  Form close partnerships with learning team to strengthen field service and client experience.

Academic / Professional Qualifications:

·  Bachelor above, with service industry experience
·  Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
·  At least 8 years in retail industry with 3 years of team management experience
