Workforce Management Coordinator- US East

Position Description
US East Operations is looking to add a member to our team. The Workforce Management Coordinator is responsible for the administration of internal placements in accordance with CGI's hiring guidelines and policies. You will provide support to the Workforce Management function in various, customer-serving aspects of employment from coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews through the internal placement process. In this role you will interact with Hiring Managers and current members looking for new projects. The Workforce Management Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the process.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Support the Operations team with parts of the recruiting process that includes: scheduling interviews with hiring managers and internal members.

Maintain responsibility for timely entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in RM (Resource Management system), Njoyn- Applicant Tracking, and Ensemble (data storage).

Provide RM support for opening new reqs, assigning project codes, and member profile support.

Provide reports as requested by management.

Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates and vendors with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Participate in process development and process improvement to ensure our team is able to function with the highest level of productivity.

Assist with Contractor Management as needed. Fully cross trained with this function of the Operations team. This will include contract creation, interview scheduling, interview feedback, audit support, etc.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
•Bachelor's degree and/or at least two years of HR, administrative, or recruiting-related experience.

•Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.

•Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

•Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.

•Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.

•PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

•Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus.
