Training Support Analyst

Position Description
Individual performs analytical and complex tasks supporting multifunctional military operations; assists the Division Staff and Brigade Staffs with training planning and operations, training management and scheduling. Individual coordinates with higher headquarters at Corps, FORSCOM and DA and TRADOC. Individual prepares memos, spreadsheets, briefings, and reports in support of required tasks.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Utilize ATRRS and DTMS to scheduling training, schools/courses/events.
- Provide expert knowledge and understanding on Army, FORSCOM, Corps training management regulations, publications, policies, processes.
- Review, analyze and submit training readiness reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Provide advanced-level analytical, highly technical support to projects in the areas tactical/operational documentation, operational and logistics training, military systems, or other efforts requiring expert military operations skills and knowledge as needed.
- Support training cycle management and commander's training cycle briefings.
- Prepare and present briefings for Division Staff and Brigade reps
- Provide reports, status updates, and briefings as required
- Support Division and Brigades and subordinate Units as required
- Support Division and Brigade reorganization and restructure

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Active Secret Clearance required, per Federal Stipulation.
Individual must possess fundamental knowledge of Army missions and organizations, Army Sustainable readiness Model (SRM), ATRRS, and DTMS. Individual must have 3 years' experience at Division level for training and operations. Individual should have extensive military experience. Must possess a BS degree or a graduate of USASMA. Individual should have operated at the BN, BDE, Division level for training coordination and operations
