Tibco Spotfire Developer

Position Description
The Spotfire Developer will be a part of an Agile project team responsible for building Spotfire reports and data visualizations. The role is intended to support a team aggregating multiple datasets into one flat data table using emerging technology and producing visualizations and dashboards based off the final output.

It will be required to work directly with business owners to gather requirements and develop reports from those requirements. This role will also work closely with the data engineers to identify gaps in the data in order to make improvements to the reports.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Detailed knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire – report developer configuration, best practices

• Work with stakeholders to collect, interpret and translate business requirements into technical requirements

• Create standard and custom reports and dashboards

• Analyze and present data

• Identify analytics opportunities and communicate with product owners

• Validate work

• Participate in daily stand-up scrum calls

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Demonstrated ability to develop visualizations and reports using Spotfire

• The qualified candidate will work in an Agile/Scrum delivery model

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience report development

• Bachelor Degree.

• 2-4 years practical visualization/report development working directly with teams

• Proficient in both project and product delivery methods

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meeting facilitation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solutions

• Awareness of AWS environment
