Technology and Analytics Strategist

Position Description
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate consultants. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. As a solution builder, you will be working to support the client’s mission and goals of building a custom financial application.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Consistently deliver quality client products within assigned timelines.
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Demonstrate the ability to support multiple work streams and drive assimilation of new techniques and solutions.
• Translate the needs of the client into formal business documentation and a polished solution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate client needs and tool restrictions.
• Explain complex scenarios and insights to clients looking for recommendations about how to best build solutions around current business processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
An interim Secret clearance is required to begin working onsite with our client, and a Secret clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ Years of experience working on Analytics and Business Intelligence focused initiatives.
• 1+ Years of experience building data models, data pipelines, reports and visualizations.
• Experience working in an Agile based environment.
• Experience working with complex data from different source systems user for enterprise reporting purposes.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with process improvement or change management.
