Oracle EBS Developer

Position Description
The ideal candidate is a senior resource with 8+ years of proven experience working with large scale, complex and multi-faceted EBS solutions who will provide day to day operational and development support for the Oracle E-Business production system support.
The successful candidate will possess techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business suite of products (Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OTL/HRMS and Project Accounting) and coordinate all phases of system development and implementation including design, build, testing, documentation, deployment and maintenance. The incumbent will also provide day-to-day support for the Oracle E-Business environment including applying periodic patches, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests, and business and production systems support.

Your future duties and responsibilities
 Experience with Oracle Workflow/AME required
 Experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher and Report writing is a must
 Experience with Oracle Operations Framework (OAF), Forms and forms personalization
 Experience with application interfaces utilizing PLSQL, SQL*Loader, UTL File, Unix Shell, etc.
 Expertise working with a relational database using SQL/PLSQL skills, Design, develop, test, implement, document and support RICE for the Oracle E-Business Suite using the various Oracle development tools, but not limited to: Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Java, Workflow Builder, Toad
 Extensive Oracle programming experience developing complex code with performance tuning to ensure acceptable execution times including validation SQL with solid exposure in creating Packages, Shell Scripting, SQL*Loader in Oracle.
 Experience Building and customizing OAF Pages, developing XML Publisher Reports
 Experience developing AIM and OUM documents
 Ability to follow program standards, development methodology and project management techniques
 Ability to understand business problems and develop technical solutions
 Ability to consistently deliver complex software solutions on time
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quickly analyze issues/defects to identify the root cause
 Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic- Agile environment with good time management skills
 Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal direction as part of an Agile team
 Must have the ability to multi task and enhance a team environment.
 Build relationships with customer teams, application owners and resources
 Flexibility in supporting production, upgrades, changes, and user support via on-call rotation
 Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a necessity
 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.
 Flexibility in supporting production, upgrades, changes, and user support on-call rotation
 Additional duties as may be required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
 US Citizenship required, per Federal stipulation
 Minimum 8 plus years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) - AR, GL, INV, AP, PO, BOM, WIP, FA, ASCP, CM, WSH, isupplier and iProcurement
 Minimum 8 years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Reports, JDeveloper, OA Framework, Workflow.
 Strong knowledge of Oracle table structures, schemas, API's and open interfaces.
 Hands on experience designing and developing reports, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle EBS using the Oracle application development tools.
 Very good performance tuning experience
 Expertise needed in Oracle RICEWF components
 Experience/Familiarity with standard SDLC processes
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Ability to interact with business clients at different levels in the user spectrum
 Strong knowledge in configuration management and changes
 Experience with document preparation including for configuration changes, functional design and CEMLI components
 Oracle EBS R12.2 experience highly preferred
 Prior experience or familiarity with AR business environment and processes highly desirable
 Experience or familiarity with LANDesk or ServiceNow highly desirable
