We have some exciting opportunities for Infrastructure Engineers and Service Desk Analyst’s at varying levels who are looking to join our Space, Defence & Intelligence business unit. We need junior, mid-level, senior and lead Engineers, based in multiple locations, working for a range of clients and at different security levels.

Whatever your current level of experience, the technical breadth of our programmes offers the ability to extend and deepen your skill set, where training is delivered through a combination of mentoring, on-line and classroom based courses via our technical partners.

Some of our projects focus on new client requirements to design and build virtualised environments, and thereafter to provide a ‘business as usual’ service. Others focus on Secure Applications Management Services developed for government clients.

Our roles are only available if you hold or fulfil the criteria to obtain a UK Security Clearance.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Working on-site client, troubleshooting, investigating incident resolution across a large variety of technologies supporting a large number of systems.
• You will also be supporting continuous development and regular change and releases
• Working in a Service Delivery (ITIL) environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Our programmes work across a wide range of technical skillsets, and you will need to be able to demonstrate competence in at least four of the following areas.

Administration and Configuration of:

o Active Directory components (Domain Services)
o DNS, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol Services, UE-V, App-V
o Licensing (Active Directory Based Authentication)
o File & Print Services Management (including DFS-R and DFS-N);
o System Center Suite of applications:
• Virtual Machine Manager
• Configuration Manager Current Branch

Our projects are based in a CGI office or client site but may require travel to other locations.

The successful candidate must be able to spend time working away from home, if required.
