Position Description
We have a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Financial Analyst to support CGI Lithuania. You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with operational leadership and finance colleagues to deliver accurate, timely and highly valued accounting and financial support.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Supporting financial department in accounting and internal reporting
• Assistance in the audit process (preparation of templates, confirmations, statements, documentation)
• Cost accounting with accruals and expense analysis
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Ensuring assets and periodization (correct asset group, correct periodization, prepaid, write-offs)
• Supporting business with revenue recognition process based on project deliverables
• Preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Intercompany transaction validation
• Help in closing the month, forecasting and budgeting
• Collaborate with project managers in managing all aspects of financial performance and driving business results
• Provide data-driven insights into the internal and external environment and make recommendations to drive business performance

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Fluent in English is a key
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and being responsible
• Prioritizing and respecting the deadlines
