Objectives

 

·  Establish sensory competency internally and externally for home care in Asia.
·  Work closely with technical leaders and team to develop suitable sensory evaluation method and customer (consumer) perceived technology (solution) lab demonstration to support market concept launch and/or customer new launch claim support.

 

Main Tasks

 

·  As a member of Global Competence Center Sensation, proactively collaborate with internal and external parties in order to establish assessment method, equipment SOP, demonstration method and formulation development process.
·  Collaborate with marketing team to assess sensorial solution/portfolio gap and generate new concepts and/or competency required to capture market trend and demand .
·  Support commercial team to realize sales target, involve activity of promotion, workshop, training, and conference.
·  Ensure safety at lab. Comply with Campus I policy on lab regulations. Support lab daily efficiency.

 

Requirements:

 

·  Education: BS or MSc in chemistry or related disciplines.
·  Working experience: minimum 3-5 year working experience in relevant consumer industry, preferably in homecare, personal care or textile related industry. Customer interaction experience is preferred.
·  Technical & professional knowledge: extensive knowledge of Home care/ Personal care market, products, formulation development and application method. In-depth knowledge of sensory evaluation methods & claim demonstration (visualization) is preferred.
·  Good English speaking and writing skills.
