Objectives 

 

·  This is an EC global headcount under EC/MA in Muenster (Digital Solutions & Architecture EC) and is dedicated to ECA (excluding G-ECT in Asia Pacific) to co-ordinate all Next Generation Business Architecture activities across all functions (mainly Controlling, Supply Chain and Operations) in ECA in all phases;
·  To ensure successful Next Generation Business Architecture implementation and meet ECA business needs.

 

Main Tasks

 
·  Support for NGBA Regional Focal Point: Support Next Generation Business Architecture Regional Focal Point to fulfil the required activities, which cover all core processes (Order-To-Cash, Manufacturing, Site Logistics, Purchase-To-Pay, Transport Management, Quality Management, etc), in all phases.  Cascade Next Generation Business Architecture related information to the ECA organization and highlight key messages and impact on ECA.  Address any issues or questions from the ECA organization to the project team.  Support ECA on resource estimation and planning.  Provide regular report to ECA management on the project status and cost impact;
·  Go-Live Preparation and Post Go-Live: Support ECA on change management and training activities to enable End Users for Go-Live.  Act as SAP know-how generalist to support Site Captains / Business Experts / Key Users to execute User Acceptance Tests and the Cut-Over during Conversion Phase.   Collect data migration validation and local Sign-Off before Go-Live.  Closely monitor and assess system with ECA community after Go-Live, and raise any issues to the project team in timely manner;
·  Process Adaptions and Satellite Conversion: Follow up any NGBA transformation projects and parallel running projects which are related to ECA. Participate in NGBA workshops and ensure all ECA requirements are considered.;
·  Collaboration:  Build a regional network within ECA to execute all the NGBA activities, and drive   change, communication and learning across different functions and sites，also for other SAP related projects.  Be part of the global network led by EC/MA.  Share with and learn from other regions knowledge and experience in NGBA and SAP in general.  Maintain strongly collaborative working relationship with NGBA project team and EC community;
·  Support on ECA Digital Roadmap: Provide input and advice on the digitalization projects in ECA and the digital roadmap in line with Achieve 2030, whenever it is related to SAP.

 

Requirements

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Systems;

·  Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience (with solid experience in SAP);
·  Experience in project management is a plus;
·  Good knowledge of regional organization;
·  Expertise in SAP with knowledge in the end-to-end processes with more than one module;
·  Excellent organization and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment;
·  Able to communicate in English fluently;
·  System/tool experience: SAP, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint, WebEx.
