What you can expect

Join our Business Reporting department and help us providing management reports for various units of the BASF Group.

·  You will identify and utilize potential for optimization in reports, reporting processes as well as reporting systems and drive harmonization and automation forward.
·  You will support the Business Reporting organization in the implementation of business intelligence tools and solutions.
·  You will extract relevant data from BASF's SAP Business Warehouse applications, supplement it with information from other units and ensure data quality during further processing.
·  During your activities, you will stay in touch with your contacts in the relevant controlling units and identify important business developments and comment on these.

What we expect

·  You hold a degree in business and economics or business informatics and have gained initial professional experience in the area of reporting since earning your degree as well as knowledge in operational controlling and international accounting.
·  In conversations and presentations, you are persuasive in English and ideally German.
·  You are a proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have good user skills in SAP R/3 FI and CO as well as in SAP Business Warehouse.
·  Experience with business intelligence applications (Tableau and/or Power BI) and databases is an advantage.
