As a key member of the Media Relations, Reputation and Individual and Employee Shareholder Communications team at AXA, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing the reputation of our brand. Working within the Group Reputation team, you will be responsible for identifying reputation risks, monitoring online and social media, and contributing to crisis communication management.

As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor reputational risk, particularly on social networks, using online tools and the internal network;
  • Manage reputational risk reporting campaigns (annual and bi-monthly) for entities (+40) to enable identification, monitoring and escalation to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee;
  • Support and lead a global reputation network (+140 employees) by providing advice, tools, methodology, information (weekly newsletter) and training;
  • Produce an annual reputation report containing trend analysis, internal case studies, key figures, expert interviews, etc;
  • Prepare communication tools (memos, statements, viewpoints, videos, infographics, etc.) to mitigate reputational risk in collaboration with suppliers;
  • Research innovative communication solutions and develop in-house expertise in new technologies and new uses of social networks.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

·  University degree (+5) in communications, economics, finance, or political science.
·  A strong interest in external communications, economic, financial, and societal issues, and new technologies.
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
·  Strong analytical and synthesizing abilities with a high degree of rigor.
·  A good understanding of the French and Anglo-Saxon media environment, as well as web and social media platforms.
