Job description



Within the integration project between the ex-Creditor and ex-LPI business processes, to build the new BU Credit & Life Style Protection, you will join the Portfolio Monitoring team .
In a transversal way you will work with all departments of the CLP business unit, in particular you will work very close with PMP, UW and Sales, but also Operation and Reinsurance.
You will contribute to the Integration project and support the development of a centralised Portfolio Monitoring process to fix the bases for the future management dashboard of the BU.

Main Missions :

- Produce regular reports relating to portfolio performance and risk measurements, specifically on the Direct and Run-off portions of the Ex-Creditor portfolio
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop standardised portfolio monitoring processes and outputs across CLP
- Provide analysis to support business decisions, by working with the Portfolio Management Process team to support the Portfolio Committee
- Provide in depth/ad hoc analysis of performance “Hot Spots” and partner review
- Provide regular client analysis with interpretations and recommendations in presentation format
- Provide input into development of standard analysis and reporting
- Provide support to infrastructure developments and other projects as required
- When necessary perform reconciliation between Risk/Actuarial reports and Finance statements
- Conduct Peer Reviews of other Portfolio Monitoring team members' output, and when requested conduct peer reviews of other Actuarial Services Team outputs
- Support to Closing activities of AXA France
- Support to the Forecasting and Assumptions elaboration activities

Qualifications :

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience :

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Studies Bac +5 Actuarial and/or Statistics / Degree with high Maths / Stats content, accompanied by highly relevant and quality post graduate work experience.

- 1-3 years post graduate work experience within an analytic function
- Strong IT skills. SAS/WPS, SQL, R, spreadsheet
- Good level of English to be able to exchange with international stakeholders
- Concern for detail and quality
- Proactive analyst with desire to take ownership of own workloads
- Time management skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
